Rooster AI Solutions ("Rooster", "we", "our", or "us") operates platforms and services including Rooster Control Room available at controlroom.rooster.chat.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, store, share, and protect information related to our products, services, integrations, and platforms, in compliance with the LGPD (Lei n. 13.709/2018) and the YouTube API Services Terms of Service.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on the services and integrations used, we may collect the following categories of information:
- Account Information: name, email address, profile image, organization information, and authentication-related data provided through login and OAuth providers.
- Authentication & Access Data: login information, access permissions, OAuth scopes, security logs, IP address, browser and device information.
- YouTube Data: live broadcast metadata, live chat messages, polls, channel information, and related YouTube API data accessed with your authorization through the YouTube Data API v3.
- Usage Data: pages visited, features used, interactions with the platform, and operational analytics related to product usage.
- Technical & Operational Data: logs, diagnostics, monitoring events, infrastructure metrics, and security-related information generated during use of the platform.
No sensitive or private data beyond what is described above is collected, stored, or processed.
3. How We Use Information
We may use collected information for purposes related to operation, security, analytics, and improvement of our services, including:
- authenticate and manage user accounts;
- provide live streaming management and audience engagement features;
- send messages, polls, and interactions to third-party platforms on behalf of authorized users;
- generate AI-assisted content suggestions and operational insights;
- maintain, monitor, secure, and improve the platform and infrastructure;
- detect abuse, unauthorized access, incidents, or operational failures;
- comply with legal, contractual, and operational obligations;
- communicate important updates about the service.
4. YouTube API Services
Rooster's use of information received from YouTube APIs adheres to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
Users may revoke Rooster's access to YouTube data at any time through the Google Account permissions page.
Rooster does not sell YouTube API data and only uses such data for functionalities authorized by the user and necessary for operation of the platform.
5. YouTube API Data Storage & Retention
Data collected through the YouTube API refers exclusively to publicly available video and live broadcast information such as comments, usernames, engagement statistics (views, likes), and related metadata.
Raw data obtained directly from the YouTube API is retained for a maximum of 30 (thirty) calendar days, in accordance with YouTube requirements. After this period, all data is automatically deleted or anonymized to eliminate any possibility of personal identification.
Anonymization Process
Our anonymization process includes, but is not limited to:
- Removal of usernames, channel identifiers, URLs, and profile images.
- Suppression or replacement of comment text excerpts that could identify individuals or channels.
- Removal of direct view counts, likes, or subscriber counts associated with specific channels.
Data processed and retained after anonymization is used exclusively for aggregated analytical and statistical purposes, with no link to individual users. Such data is no longer considered "YouTube API data" after the anonymization process and is maintained solely for technical improvement, reporting, and internal platform features.
6. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell personal information.
Information may be shared only when necessary for operation of the platform and services, including:
- Infrastructure Providers: cloud, hosting, monitoring, analytics, and security service providers.
- Operational Integrations: integrations authorized by the user or client.
- Legal Obligations: when required by law, regulation, court order, or governmental authority.
- Corporate Transactions: merger, acquisition, restructuring, or asset sale scenarios.
7. International Data Transfers
Depending on the infrastructure and services used, information may be processed or stored outside of your country, including through cloud providers and international technology platforms used in the operation of Rooster services.
8. Data Security
Rooster adopts technical and organizational measures designed to protect information and platform environments, including:
- HTTPS/TLS secure communications;
- access control and permission segregation;
- authentication and identity management;
- monitoring and operational logging;
- credential and secret management;
- encryption of sensitive data (OAuth tokens);
- security monitoring and infrastructure protections.
However, no transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Data Retention
Information may be retained for as long as necessary for:
- operation of the services;
- security and audit purposes;
- compliance with legal or contractual obligations;
- incident investigation and operational support.
Certain data may be automatically deleted, anonymized, or expired according to operational retention policies and infrastructure lifecycle controls.
We retain your account and usage data for as long as your account is active. YouTube API data is retained for a maximum of 30 days in its raw form, after which it is automatically deleted or anonymized. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us; requests will be fulfilled within 15 (fifteen) calendar days.
10. Your Rights
Depending on applicable laws and the context of the service used, users may request:
- access to personal information;
- correction or update of information;
- deletion of personal information;
- revocation of permissions or consent when applicable;
- additional information regarding processing activities;
- opt out of non-essential data collection;
- deletion of data linked to you, fulfilled within 15 calendar days.
11. Additional Commitments
- We do not share or commercialize data obtained via the YouTube API.
- We do not alter or replace official YouTube information.
- We retain only anonymized or aggregated data after the maximum permitted retention period.
